RETURNS POLICY
All our products are made to order through a professional print-on-demand service. Each item is created specifically for you at the moment of purchase; for this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size choice, change of mind, or personal preferences. Please check the size guide and product images carefully before completing your purchase.
We only accept returns, replacements or refunds in the following cases: defective product, damaged item, printing error, incorrect size/color/model received, or parcel lost or damaged during shipping. In these cases, we fully cover the cost of a replacement or a full refund.
To request assistance in case of defects or errors, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include: order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. Once verified, we will proceed with a free replacement or a full refund.
Non-returnable items: returns due to size changes, change of mind, personal preferences, custom-made products requested by the customer, used or washed items.
Order cancellations: You can cancel your order only within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins automatically.

Are your products kept in stock?
No. Every product is made to order through a print-on-demand service, which helps reduce waste and maintain an updated catalog. -
Can I change the size or color after placing the order?
Changes are possible only if the order has not entered production yet. Please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. -
Do you accept returns if I chose the wrong size?
No. Since items are made to order, we do not accept returns or size exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully. -
What if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement. We may request your order number, photos of the defect, and a short description. -
My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Contact us and we will open a report. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. -
How long does delivery take?
Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping: 5–12 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping times may increase during peak seasons. -
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 2 hours of the order confirmation. After production starts, cancellations are no longer possible. -
